What causes misalignments of the spine?
Misalignments are generally caused by several factors. The most common cause that people think of is accidents, falls or injuries. Once the body reaches its maximum limit of any of these stressors, spinal misalignment can occur. We call these the 4 T's: Trauma, Thoughts, Toxins and Threshold. Spinal misalignments that alter nerve function and eventually your health are known as subluxations.
